This hybrid yoga blends Vinyasa flow with Yin postures to create the perfect space for both activation and restoration.

Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Good for the beginner to novice student. Vinyasa is a dynamic and energizing yoga class that integrates breath and movement.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle Yoga practice that incorporates a combination of Chinese meridian theory, yoga asana, and mindfulness meditation.
